What to include

  • The screen where the issue happened.
  • Whether you signed in with Apple or Google.
  • Whether the issue is about subscription access, progress, routines, notifications, or account deletion.
  • A screenshot if it helps explain the problem.

Account and subscription help

You can manage Apple subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. You can sign out or request account deletion inside Renava settings. If something does not work as expected, email us and we will help you sort it out.
