Overview
Renava is a posture correction app that provides guided sessions, routines, progress tracking, reminders, and subscription access. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Data we collect
Depending on how you use Renava, we may collect:
- Account information, including the Firebase user identifier and the name, email address, or sign-in provider shared when you use Google or Apple sign-in.
- Cloud-synced app state, including onboarding answers, plan progress, completed sessions, streaks, challenge state, routines, and app preferences.
- Subscription status and purchase access information supplied by Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat. Renava does not receive your full payment card details.
- Notification preferences, such as whether reminders are enabled and the reminder time you choose.
- Analytics, diagnostics, crash reports, device and app version information used to operate and improve the app.
How we use data
We use your information to authenticate your account, create your plan, sync progress between signed-in devices, provide subscription access, send reminders when you enable them, delete your account on request, diagnose crashes, and improve reliability.
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
Renava uses trusted services that process data according to their own policies.
- Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore for sign-in and user-scoped cloud state.
- Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for usage analytics, diagnostics, and crash reporting.
- RevenueCat for subscription and premium-entitlement management.
- Apple App Store and Sign in with Apple on iOS.
- Google Play and Google sign-in on Android.
Your choices, retention, and deletion
You can manage reminders and sign out in Renava settings. You can permanently delete your account in Settings → Delete account. After you confirm your identity, Renava deletes your Firebase Authentication account, user-scoped Firestore progress and preferences, and local app state.
You may also use our public account deletion request page. Store transaction records held by Apple or Google and limited subscription records retained by RevenueCat may remain where required for accounting, fraud prevention, refunds, or subscription restoration. Aggregated or de-identified analytics may also remain where they no longer identify your account.
