Delete your Renava account

Your account belongs to you. Delete it directly in Renava, or send us a verified request if you can no longer open the app.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What happens Permanent

01 Identity confirmedYou may be asked to sign in again.
02 Cloud data erasedYour Renava account and user-scoped data are deleted.
03 Local state clearedRenava signs out and removes account data from the device.

Delete inside Renava

Open Renava and sign in to the account you want to delete.

Go to Settings and tap Delete account.

Confirm the warning and sign in again when asked.

The app completes deletion immediately after your identity is confirmed.

No app access?

Request deletion by email

Email us from the address connected to your Renava account. Include the sign-in method you used. We may ask you to verify control of the account before deletion.

Renava removes the data connected directly to your account. Some transaction records are controlled by the app stores and their legal requirements.

Onboarding answers and preferences
Progress, streaks, challenge state, and completed sessions
Routines and user-scoped cloud data
Local account state on the device completing deletion
Feedback linked directly to your Renava user identifier

May be retained

Apple or Google may retain store transaction records under their own policies. RevenueCat may retain limited subscription records needed for accounting, fraud prevention, refunds, or restoration.

Aggregated or de-identified analytics may remain when they no longer identify your account.
