Guide
About Renava and the team behind the app
Renava is a guided movement app for iOS and Android. The app team creates these public guides to explain the session format, movement cues and limits before you choose a program.
Who makes it
The App Store lists Andrei Ponomarev as the developer; Google Play lists Aerium Labs. The Renava team publishes the website and can be contacted at support@renava.app. Store names identify the respective public listings; they do not imply medical qualifications.
What these materials cover
The guides describe the app’s own movement library, program structure and practical desk habits. Written steps are paired with the demonstrated variation. The team does not claim clinical review of these materials.
Questions and corrections
Use the support page for product questions or to report an unclear instruction. For account deletion and data details, use the linked account and privacy pages. Do not send private medical records to request an exercise recommendation.
Sources and editorial notes
External sources provide background and have not reviewed or endorsed Renava. Instructions and routine details describe the app team’s own material.
