Guide

How Renava prepares and updates its guides

Our process starts with a real task, a matching movement or product feature and a source we can check. Publication dates and substantive updates are recorded per material.

Instructions and demonstrations

We compare written cues with the actual variation shown in the app library. A video title alone is not enough: starting position, movement and return must match. If a candidate does not match, the guide stays unpublished.

Sources and authorship

The Renava team authors the material. External clinical or workplace resources provide background; linking them is not professional review or endorsement. We do not invent credentials, testimonials, test results or guaranteed health outcomes.

Updates and corrections

We revisit product access, links and movement explanations when facts change. A new build alone does not justify a new update date. Send corrections through support. Local versions receive complete text and their own checks rather than an English body under translated navigation.

Sources and editorial notes

External sources provide background and have not reviewed or endorsed Renava. Instructions and routine details describe the app team’s own material.
