Renava FAQ
Which platforms does Renava support?
Renava has App Store and Google Play listings for iOS and Android. Check the current device and operating-system requirements in your store.
Which languages are available?
The app includes English, German, French, Spanish and Dutch among its localisations. Check your installed version and store listing; website languages and app translations have separate release schedules.
Is the app free?
The app includes in-app purchases. Free download does not mean every program or feature is free; check the current access shown for your account.
Where can I see the subscription price?
Use the offer inside the app or your store. Price, currency, trial eligibility and renewal terms can vary. The website does not promise one universal price.
What happens in the first session?
After onboarding, review the session preview and equipment. Follow the movement demonstrations and timer or repetitions, pausing for preparation when needed.
How long are sessions?
Program time windows include approximately 5–8, 8–12 and 12–15 minutes. Desk Break has 100 seconds and Morning Mobility 190 seconds of movement intervals before setup and pauses.
Do I need equipment?
Some movements use no special training equipment; others use a chair, wall, doorway, mat or band. Read the actual session preview.
What does the 90-day program mean?
It is a structure of three 30-day phases followed by maintenance practice. It is not a guarantee that a particular body change will happen in 90 days.
Is a reminder the same as a session?
A reminder prompts an action. A guided session supplies the movement sequence. Choose an action for your break rather than treating a notification as completed exercise.
What does progress tracking show?
A practice record can show completed sessions. It does not establish a diagnosis or prove a clinical change in posture.
Can Renava replace medical treatment?
No. These are general wellness materials. Seek qualified advice for injury, persistent pain, numbness, dizziness or uncertainty about suitability.
How do I request account deletion?
Use the Delete account link in the website footer for the current process, and the Privacy page for data information. Contact support if you need help locating the option.
